To fulfill your orders for our custom apparel and lifestyle goods, we collect the following:

- Delivery Details: Your physical address for shipping.
- Design & Personalization Data: Specific names, dates, custom text, or high-quality PNG files uploaded to the Design Studio for your bespoke items.
- Payment Information: All transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., PayFast/Yoco). Nestling Co. does not store or have access to your credit card details.
2. Where Your Data is Stored
Your personal data is stored securely on our website’s hosting platform and is protected by industry-standard encryption. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for the purpose of order fulfillment and account management.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
To bring our designs to life and deliver them to your door, we partner with specialist printing and fulfillment houses. By placing an order, you consent to us sharing your name, delivery details, and design requirements with:
- Printing Partners: Including Tee Print, WonderPrint, OTC Printing, dropofcolour, and other local South African POD specialists.
- Courier Partners: Third-party couriers responsible for delivering your items directly from our various print hubs.
4. Data Retention & The Right to be Forgotten
We only keep your information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill your orders, provide customer service, or comply with South African tax and legal obligations.
- Account Deletion: If you choose to close your Nestling Co. account, you may request the permanent deletion of your personal data.
- Design Files: Upon account closure, any custom artwork or PNG files uploaded to the Design Studio will be permanently removed from our active media servers.
- How to Request Deletion: To exercise your “Right to be Forgotten,” please email admin@nestlingco.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Our team will manually scrub your personal profile from our records within 30 days.
5. Security of Your Nest
We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure the integrity of your information and prevent unauthorized access or loss. While no online platform is 100% secure, we use reputable South African and global partners to ensure your data is handled with care.
