Refund & Returns Policy

At Nestling Co., we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated collections. Because many of our items are handcrafted by local artisans or custom-printed to order, we have a specific return process to ensure fairness to our makers and our customers.

1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

To maintain our boutique standards, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different size or color than what was stated on your order confirmation.
  • Faulty Product: The item arrived damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.

3. No “Buyer’s Remorse” Returns

Please choose your treasures carefully. Because we operate as a small boutique supporting independent artisans, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.” Once an order is processed, it is considered final unless there is an error on our part or a defect in the product.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at admin@nestlingco.com with the following:

  1. Your Order Confirmation: A copy of your original receipt/email.
  2. Photo Evidence: Clear photos of the faulty item or the incorrect size/color label. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return authorization.

5. Return Shipping to Nestling Co. HQ

All approved returns must be sent directly to our central hub for inspection:

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Personalized & Artisan Items

Please note that any items that have been personalized (e.g., names added) or custom-made by our artisans are strictly non-returnable unless they are structurally faulty.
