Refund & Returns Policy

Because Nestling Co. products are printed-to-order or personalized specifically for you, we maintain a strict return policy to support our local printing partners and minimize waste.

1. 15-Day Quality Guarantee You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if there is a verified error with your order.

2. Important Notice: Design Studio Products Products created via our Design Studio using customer-provided artwork are final sale and non-refundable. Because these items are printed using your specific, unique files, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items. Please ensure all uploaded files are high-quality, clear, and exactly as you wish them to appear on the final product. We will only offer an exception if the physical product base (e.g., the tumbler or garment itself) is damaged or faulty.

3. Valid Reasons for Returns (Standard Collection) For items from our standard curated collections, we only accept returns for:

  • Incorrect Order: You received a different size, color, or design than what is shown on your order confirmation.
  • Faulty Product: The item is physically damaged upon arrival (e.g., a cracked tumbler or torn garment) or the print itself is defective.

4. No “Buyer’s Remorse” Please review your choices, size guides, and designs carefully before checking out. Because our items are custom-printed upon your request, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or “buyer’s remorse.”

5. How to Initiate a Return If you believe you have a valid claim based on the criteria above, please follow these steps to begin the review process:

  • Email us: Send a formal request to admin@nestlingco.com.
  • Provide Details: Include your Order Confirmation Number in the subject line.
  • Submit Evidence: Attach clear, high-resolution photos that explicitly show the fault, the damage, or the incorrect item received.
  • Wait for Review: Our team will assess the evidence provided. If the claim meets our policy requirements, we will issue you with specific return instructions and the delivery address for our HQ for final physical inspection.

6. Return Shipping & Packaging Responsibilities Customers are responsible for all courier fees associated with returning authorized items, and these costs are strictly non-refundable. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping; items must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit, as Nestling Co. reserves the right to reject a return if the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging or courier mishandling. We strongly require the use of a trackable courier service for all returns, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit and cannot process a refund or exchange for treasures that do not reach our HQ.
