1. Our Unique Fulfillment Process
To bring you the very best of South African craft and design, we work with a curated network of Third-Party Artisans and Suppliers.
- Artisan Made: Many of our items are handcrafted to order with love.
- Designer Prints: Some items are printed and dispatched directly from our specialist printing partners.
- Multiple Parcels: Because your items may come from different “nests” (suppliers), your order might arrive in separate packages at different times.
2. Shipping Times
Because we value quality over “mass-produced” speed, delivery times may vary:
- Processing Time: Standard items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized artisan items may take 7–14 business days to craft before they are handed to the courier.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on whether you are in a main hub (like JHB or CPT) or a regional area.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Variable Rates: Because we use third-party courier services, rates are subject to change based on current fuel levies and courier pricing.
- Consolidated Shipping: We always strive to provide the most cost-effective shipping route for your beautiful finds.
4. Third-Party Courier Services
We partner with reliable third-party courier companies to deliver your orders. Once your parcel leaves our (or our supplier’s) hands:
- You will receive a Tracking Number via email.
- While we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery, Nestling Co. cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (like extreme weather or national logistics delays).
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is 100% correct. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the “re-shipping” fee.
