1. Multi-Origin Fulfillment
We work with a curated network of South African printing partners.
- Multiple Packages: Because different items are printed at different specialist hubs, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
- Separate Delivery Dates: One package (e.g., a tote bag) may arrive before another (e.g., a custom blanket) depending on the production queue of the specific partner.
2. Shipping Times
- Production Time: Most items require 5–10 business days for printing and quality checks before dispatch.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs & Variable Rates
- Live Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that because we use third-party couriers, shipping fees are subject to change based on current fuel levies and courier pricing.
- Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
